*******Updated to correct arrest date of Friday, January 3rd, 2025. On Friday, January 3rd, detectives with the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team (DINT) arrested a Glendale man on various drug charges. Through an ongoing investigation, detectives uncovered information that 30 year old Ryan Heaven was in the parking lot of a business in the 1400 block of NW Garden Valley Blvd in Roseburg, allegedly waiting to complete a drug deal. At approximately 4:00 PM detectives located the man and detained him. A search of the man and his vehicle revealed approximately 40 suspected Clonazepam pills, and a user amount of suspected methamphetamine. Heaven was lodged at the Douglas County Jail on charges of Unlawful Possession and Delivery of a Sch. IV Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, and Conspiracy.
