Temporary Road Closures  
The City has contracted with Knife River Materials to complete the 2025 Fall Street Repair Project. This project will include the repair of five roadways throughout the city. South Morrison Street – between Newmark Avenue and Michigan Avenue and Fenwick Street – between Lake Shore Drive and Margaretta Street are complete, the next two scheduled repairs are as follows: N. 4th Street between Market Avenue & Commercial Avenue and Bayview Drive from 16th Avenue to the end of the street.  The remaining street will be scheduled for repair at a later date. To complete this work, each roadway will be closed to through traffic. Local access will be maintained for residents only. Construction Schedule:  Monday, August 25, 2025 and Tuesday, August 26, 2025 Time: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (each day). The City requests that all drivers reduce speed, use caution, and exercise patience when traveling near construction areas. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to improve our community’s streets.
