Description
A man was shot in a parking lot in Southeast Portland’s Centennial neighborhood, police said.
Portland Police Bureau officers responded around 2:45 p.m. Friday to reports of gunfire in the 14700 block of Southeast Stark Street. They found evidence of a shooting but no suspects or victims at the scene.
