N 2nd Street will be closed to through traffic during construction, with detours at the intersection of N 2nd St and Park Ave and at the intersection of N 7th Rd and Date Ave. Local access will be preserved for the two homes within the project area.

The duration of each outage will vary. Residents will be notified by door hanger of the timing and estimated duration of each outage prior to the interruption of service.
