Description

Alcohol was a factor in the Nov. 28 crash that killed Andrea J. Doering, 46, of Portland, and Patricia J. Esler, 75, of Portland, police have said.

A 58-year-old Portland man faces two counts of second-degree manslaughter and driving under the influence of intoxicants in a Thanksgiving Day crash on Northeast Lombard Street that left two women dead.
