Description

Marion County Circuit Judge Channing Bennett called his language at the conference “inappropriate” but he did not acknowledge what he said or to whom.

The state judge accused of using misogynistic vulgarities toward a prosecutor and fellow judge at a judicial conference last month said Wednesday he “deeply” regrets his conduct and takes “full responsibility” for his actions.
