FIRE EVACUATION LEVEL DECREASED

As of today, October 14, 2025, on the recommendation of the Incident Management Teams and the USFS, the Curry County Sheriff’s Office has decreased the current levels of evacuation for the Moon Complex Fires previously set at Level 2. The evacuation levels are being decreased from Level 2 to Level 1 for all of Agness. The area along the 33 road from Spud Road to the 3318, previously in Level 2, will be decreased to no level due to no fire danger in that area. The Level 1 area of Marial and Rogue River Ranch will be decreased to no level, due to no fire danger at this time in that area.

These changes are being made due to the wetting rains, the low fire activity and the efforts of the fire fighters and fire teams who have done an amazing job dealing with the Moon Complex Fires. According to the USFS, Bear Camp Road remains closed while they continue working on the roads clearing hazards. The 2308 Road (Burnt Ridge) is now open, but they request those who use the roads be cautious.
