The OSAA has set the dates, time and locations for the upcoming prep quarter-final playoffs.  4A – No. 8 Junction City (7-3) will play No. 1 Cascade (10-0) on the turf at Scio HS, 7 p.m., Friday.  No. 5 Tillamook (8-2) plays on the turf at No. 4 Scappoose (9-1).  The two finished one-two in the Cowapa Lg.  In the lower bracket:  No. 6 Estacada (7-3) will play No. 3 Henley (7-2) on the turf at Mazama HS (Klamath Falls), 6 p.m.  And, No. 7 LaGrande (6-4) will play on the turf at No. 2 Marshfield (9-1), 7 p.m.  Semi-finals will be held Nov. 22 at a neutral site with field turf.  In the 3A - No. 9 North Valley (7-3) will play on turf at Crater HS against No. 1 Cascade Christian (10-0), 7 p.m.  No. 13 Douglas (6-4) will play at No. 12 Gervais (7-3), 7 p.m.  Lower bracket has No. 6 Vale (9-1) at No. 3 Burns (9-1).  And, No. 7 Kennedy (7-2) on the turf at Hillsboro’s Hare Field against No. 2 Banks (10-0), 7 p.m.  2A – No. 8 Lowell (9-1) at No. 1 Heppner (10-0), Saturday, Nov. 15, 1 p.m.  No. 5 Clatskanie (1-0) at No. 4 St. Paul (7-2), Friday, Nov. 14, 7 p.m.  No. 11 Culver (9-1) at No. 3 Bandon (9-0), Saturday, 2 p.m.  And, No. 10 Myrtle Pt. (7-3) at No. 2 Lost River (9-1), Merrill-Malin, So. Klamath Co., Saturday, 1 p.m.
