On Friday at 2:33 p.m. a freeze warning was released by the National Weather Service valid for Sunday between midnight and 8 a.m. for Upper Hood River Valley.
"Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 degrees F expected," comments the weather service. "Highest probability for below freezing temperatures (greater than 80%) is from Parkdale south at the higher elevations. As you near the river, chances drop significantly. Around Odell there is around a 40% chance of at or below freezing temperatures."
