Portland’s fall arts season brings a variety of modern dance companies to town, along with two productions perfectly suited to the Halloween season: Oregon Ballet Theater’s evening-length ballet “Dracula,” and the return of BodyVox’s always fun “BloodyVox.” Other highlights include a modern take on the beloved operatic tale “Carmen,” and a visiting company performing a new work featuring the music of U2.
