Description
A flash flood watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 12:42 p.m. in effect until 11 p.m. for East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades and Central Oregon.
The weather service adds, “Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall are possible over recent burn scars.”
