Description

On Wednesday at 12:42 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a flash flood watch in effect until Thursday at 11 p.m. for Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon, John Day Basin and Ochoco-John Day Highlands.

The weather service comments, “Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall is possible over recent burn scars.”
