Emergency crews responded to a fatal four-vehicle crash on Illinois Route 71 near Walker Road in Kendall County after authorities said a driver attempting to pass multiple vehicles collided head-on with another vehicle, killing three people, including a 4-year-old girl.

MILLBROOK, Ill. — Three people, including a 4-year-old girl, were killed and several others were injured after a multi-vehicle crash on an Illinois highway Friday night that investigators say began when a driver attempted to pass several vehicles. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities work to determine exactly what led to the deadly collision, Fox 32 Chicago reported.
