A complaint filed with the Oregon State Bar by four Multnomah County judges alleges Portland attorney Robert Parker Jr. repeatedly violated professional conduct rules. It came on the heels of the bar’s decision earlier this year to suspend Parker’s law license.

A Portland lawyer who five years ago received a historic apology from the Legislature for a decades-old decision denying his admission to the Oregon State Bar was the subject of a wide-ranging misconduct complaint filed last month by Multnomah County judges, bar records show.
