A North Dakota couple is facing felony charges after authorities investigating a domestic violence report uncovered evidence connected to the death of an infant who allegedly died several years ago and whose death was never reported to law enforcement. According to the Minot Police Department, the investigation began after officers responded to a residence in Minot on Aug. 22, KX News reported.
