Kaitlin was drawn to our community through cherished childhood memories of camping with her grandmother, and she continues to enjoy making lasting memories along the Oregon coast with her family and friends.
She brings a leadership philosophy centered on strong relationships, transparency, and collaboration, along with a passion for making school an engaging and meaningful experience for every student.
We are excited to have Kaitlin join the RCCS family and look forward to the energy, leadership, and dedication she will bring to our school and athletic programs.
