Today, the defendant was sentenced to life in prison. He will be eligible for parole after 25 years. If he is granted parole at that time, he will serve another six years in prison.A former well-known veterinarian has been found guilty by a jury of all charges brought against him in the murder of an Oregon City man.  
  
Steven Neil Milner used disguises, GPS tracking devices, and burner vehicles to stalk the victim, Kenneth Fandrich, and his wife. On January 27, 2023, he murdered the victim at an Intel parking garage as he was leaving work. Investigators learned the defendant used spray paint to tamper with security cameras at the garage in a failed attempt to cover his tracks.
