WANTED SUBJECT LOCATED AND ARRESTED | On 3/12/25, HPD patrol officers coordinated with the Washington County Tactical Negotiations Team (TNT) and the Washington County Community Violence Reduction Team (CoVRT) to locate and arrest a wanted fugitive, Jesus Cisneros-Vite. Cisneros-Vite had 8 warrants for his arrest, and was wanted for multiple felony crimes, including Burglary in the fist degree, Theft in the first degree, and Felony Elude. We are thankful for the assistance from TNT and CoVRT which allowed us to take Cisneros-Vite into custody without incident.
