On Thursday at 1:14 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated dense fog advisory in effect until Friday at noon for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley.

The weather service states to be ready for, "Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog."

Gederos (46), was found to be intoxicated and ultimately arrested on the charge of DUII. Mr. Gederos vehicle was towed by Mast Brothers Towing. Mr. Gederos was transported to the Coos Bay Police Department for testing and later released on citation, with a court date to appear. “Police action is not indicative of guilt. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
