Gederos (46), was found to be intoxicated and ultimately arrested on the charge of DUII. Mr. Gederos vehicle was towed by Mast Brothers Towing. Mr. Gederos was transported to the Coos Bay Police Department for testing and later released on citation, with a court date to appear. “Police action is not indicative of guilt. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
