CCSO release - Date/Time:  September 28th 2026 / 6:27 pm, Case #: S2026-01534, Classification:  Unlawful use of a weapon x2/Reckless driving/Menacing, Location: Moon Creek Lane / Fairview Road.  Suspect(s): Jesse L. Munroe (45), Summary:  On September 28th, 2026, at 6:27 p.m., a member from Fairview Fire Department had advised he located a motor vehicle crash on Fairview Road near Moon Creek Lane. An officer from the Coquille Police Department responded along with Coos County Sheriff's deputies.  During an investigation, it was learned Jesse L. Munroe, 45, had fired a weapon while involved in a disturbance as a result of the crash.  Once the investigation was complete, deputies arrested Jesse L. Munroe, 45, on the charges of unlawful use of a weapon x2,  reckless driving, and menacing.  Mr. Munroe was transported to the Coos County Jail on the above-stated charges where he was booked into the facility.
