Description

Ebodai, or Japanese butterfish, from Nimblefish co-owner Cody Auger. In July, Auger will open Sushi Fukami, a new 8-seat chef's counter devoted to Edo-style sushi.

The sushi counter at Nimblefish has room for only 12 people, plus an additional six seats set aside for dining a la carte.
