The Gresham-Barlow, Parkrose and Reynolds school districts serve some of the most vulnerable communities in Oregon. English language learners make up more than a quarter of their student populations. Students experiencing poverty make up over a third. In Reynolds, nearly half of the students fit both categories. These districts are among Oregon’s few majority-minority districts.
