THEFT I AND POSSESSION OF BURGLARY TOOLS ARREST I On April 7, 2025, around 9:20 p.m., HPD officers responded to a call from Loss Prevention at Target in the Tanasbourne Shopping Center regarding a repeat theft offender. Officers arrested Donald Bryson (34) for theft and possession of burglary tools. Bryson stole $489.94 in merchandise during this incident. However, this was not his first offense—just one week prior, he stole approximately $2,300 worth of merchandise.
Bryson was transported to Washington County Jail, where he faces charges of Theft in the First Degree and Possession of Burglary Tools.
