Temporary Road Closures  
The City has contracted with Knife River Materials to complete the 2025 Fall Street Repair Project. This project will include the repair of five roadways throughout the city. The first two scheduled repairs are as follows: South Morrison Street – between Newmark Avenue and Michigan Avenue and Fenwick Street – between Lake Shore Drive and Margaretta Street. The remaining three streets will be scheduled for repair at a later date. To complete this work, each roadway will be closed to through traffic. Local access will be maintained for residents only. Construction Schedule:  Thursday, August 21, 2025 and Friday, August 22, 2025 Time: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (each day). The City requests that all drivers reduce speed, use caution, and exercise patience when traveling near construction areas. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to improve our community’s streets.
