A class at Rosa Parks Elementary. Staff at the school say they are frustrated that the school district put a new principal in place without community engagement. The new principal comes several months after the previous principal went on leave after a vote of no confidence by staff members.

Teachers at one of Portland’s smallest elementary schools say they are frustrated that after months of leadership uncertainty, the school district chose a new principal for their building without seeking feedback from community members.
