SUSPECT ARRESTED AFTER ATTEMPTING TO FLEE FROM OFFICERS I On December 31, 2024, around 8:45 a.m., officers observed Timothy Clayton (44) camping on private property. Upon contact, he provided a false name and, when confronted ran from officers. After a brief pursuit, law enforcement was able to track the suspect and found him hiding in a bush on residential property. Timothy was arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail on the following charges: Misdemeanor Warrant, Providing False Information to a Police Officer, Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule II Unclassified Misdemeanor, Possession of Methamphetamine Unclassified Misdemeanor, and Criminal Trespass II.
