As part of our activities around this year’s theme, we will be teaming up with 4H to feature a gardening boot camp for kids ages 9-12. The camp will run 1 – 5 p.m. on July 7-10 and will be filled with fun activities such as:
• Learn more about gardening and the library
• Participate in a project at Ladybug Garden
• Build a garden box and plant seeds
• Paint garden pottery at Pottery Company
• Learn how to prepare nutritious vegetable and fruit snacks
• Play games
• Keep a journal inspired by the garden
• AND MORE....
Registration is required for this FREE program. Please register for the program only if your child can attend all days of the program. Registration ends June 22; please let us know prior to that if your plans change. Questions about the program?
