STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERED - DRIVER ARRESTED | On October 18th at 10:40 AM, a caller reported seeing their stolen vehicle being driven by a female. Officers responded to the area and located the white 2011 Land Rover Range Rover, which was reported stolen two days earlier. Officers followed the Land Rover which pulled into a drive thru. Officers arrested the female driver, 32-year-old Morgan Mead from Beaverton, without incident. Mead was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Identity Theft, and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.
