STOLEN SCUBA GEAR RECOVERED | On September 27th, a community member reported over $2000 in scuba gear was stolen from their locked vehicle. There was no suspect information available at that time. On December 12th, that same determined community member found their stolen scuba gear for sale online. Working in tandem with officers, the community member told the seller they wanted to buy the gear and arranged a meeting. Later that night, the seller arrived at the meeting and was detained by police. The stolen gear was recovered in the seller's vehicle. 40 year old Joey Norberg, of Clatskanie, was arrested for Theft in the first degree.
