Friday’s scheduled hearing on whether St. Helens High choir teacher Eric Stearns will be held without bail pending a trial on sexual abuse allegations has been postponed until Monday after Stearns’ lawyer argued the assigned judge can’t be fair and impartial and did not make it to court.
