PUBLIC NOTICE:

The Southern Coos Health District will hold its Regular Monthly Board meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2025 to hear the annual audit presentation for fiscal year 2025 from CLA (Clifton Larsen and Allen) Audit Firm and review the monthly financial report and staff reports for operations during the month of November. (Note: the meeting is being held a week earlier this month due to the Christmas holiday.)

There will be an Executive Session Under 192.660(2)(c) to consider matters pertaining to the function of the medical staff of a public hospital licensed pursuant to ORS 441.015 Licensing of facilities and health maintenance organizations. and under ORS 192.660(2)(f) to consider information or records that are exempt from disclosure by law, including written advice from legal counsel.. No decisions are made in Executive Session.

Due to current hospital construction, this meeting is open to the public at Adapt, LLC, 1010 1st Street, Bandon, Oregon, in the 2nd floor conference room. The recorded regular meeting open session will be available to view within 72-hours via the Southern Coos Hospital YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/@southerncooshospitalhealth7797

Questions relating to any public meeting or interest in submitting public input for the regular board meeting may be directed to the District Administration office at 541-329-1031.
