Seven hours. Ten teams. Real world pressure.   The Washington County Crisis Negotiation Team earned first place in a regional, scenario based competition in Spokane.   Teams from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana participated, each facing complex and realistic scenarios designed to test decision making under pressure.   This kind of training prepares negotiators for the moments that matter most.
