In two seperate cases, Greggory Scott Garrison allegedly used a man's stolen identity to take out loans to buy a high-end motorcycle and a car costing tens of thousands of dollars.

The middle-aged man wanted to do something special for his son, he told the sales staff at Portland’s MotoCorsa dealership in June. His other son had died unexpectedly, he said, and he wanted to strengthen his bond with his remaining offspring. So he was going to buy the young man a motorcycle.
