One World Trade Center, center, opened on Nov. 3, 2014 , while the National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center in New York opened to the public on Sept. 11, 2011.

The World Trade Center has always been an iconic destination in New York City, drawing in thousands of tourists and workers alike.
