SENIOR OFFICER MOELLER EARNS ADVANCED CERTIFICATION

Recently, Senior Officer Jordan Moeller was granted his Advanced Police Officer Certificate by the Oregon Department of Public Safety, Standards, and Training. After meeting several requirements, including a necessary amount of training hours and education, Senior Officer Moeller was able to apply for this certification.
Senior Officer Moeller has been with the Coos Bay Police Department (CBPD) for over 13 years. He began his service with the department as a reserve police officer in 2013 and was hired as a full-time officer in 2016.

During his tenure with CBPD, Senior Officer Moeller has held the positions of Patrol Officer, Watch Commander, Field Training Officer, Motors Officer, and he is a certified Emergency Vehicle Operations Instructor. Senior Officer Moeller has an associate’s degree in criminal justice and now holds his Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Law Enforcement Certificates with the Oregon Department of Public Safety, Standards, and Training.
