OSP release - CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. (12 January 2026) – The Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife Division is seeking the public’s assistance to identify the person(s) responsible for dumping salmon along the shoulder of Highway 224 east of SE Tong Road in Clackamas County. The salmon were discovered by a nearby property owner around December 19, 2025. Anyone with any information is asked to call the Turn-In-Poachers (TIP) line at 1-800-452-7888, *OSP (*677) from a mobile phone, or email [email protected]. Please reference case number #SP25-517721.
