Routine Sewer Line Cleaning on Koos Bay Boulevard On Tuesday, December 3, City staff will be performing routine sewer line cleaning on Koos Bay Boulevard. Cleaning will start at the intersection of Vine Avenue and end near North 8th Street. Work will start after 8:00am and end no later than 4:30pm. Flaggers will be on site directing traffic and the road will be reduced to one lane. Please exercise caution when traveling through the work zone. Minor delays are to be expected.
