Roseburg Rotary: Goals, Superstars, and a Blonde Exchange Student District Governor Chris Waugh continued his busy February 19th with a lunchtime visit to the Roseburg Rotary Club at the beautiful Umpqua Business Center. President Fred Sabins and the Governor tackled club goals for 10 minutes before the meeting—then it was time to meet members while lunch magically appeared (thanks to everyone's involvement!). The club's Superstar Award went to Past President Sue Van Volkenburg—Youth Exchange rock star and perpetual membership asker! Other notable members honored: Amy Taylor (Holiday Village), Tabitha Layman (Festival of Lights), Tamy Turner (Club Secretary), and Carol Sabins (behind-the-scenes support). The highlight?
