RETAIL THEFT OPERATION | On April 8, 2025, we partnered with Target, Bi-Mart, Burlington Coat Factory, WinCo, Home Depot, and Lowe's for a coordinated retail theft operation. During the five-hour effort, HPD officers helped deter theft by arresting twelve people, including two juveniles. Thanks to this collaboration, numerous stolen items were recovered, with a total value of $1,027.67. Officers arrested the following individuals: • Hawa Mahamud (18) – Theft in the second degree • Clifford Cardin (34) – Theft in the third degree and Possession of Methamphetamine • Jonathan Carroll (34) – Theft in the second degree and Possession of Methamphetamine • Kimberly Pool (50) – Theft in the second degree • Tabrina Perez (37) – Theft in the second degree and Possession of Methamphetamine • Thomas Glowack (50) – Theft in the second degree and Possession of Methamphetamine • Hector Maldonado-Sanchez (38) Theft in the second degree, a Felony Warrant out of Clackamas County, and a Felony Multnomah County Circuit Court Warrant. • Alisha Peyton (41) – Theft in the third degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance • Bobby Smith (51) – Theft in the third degree • Randy Sanchagrin (35) – Theft in the second degree, Possession of Methamphetamine, and a Misdemeanor Clackamas County Circuit Court Warrant We extend our sincere thanks to our business partners for working with us to reduce retail theft and to our community for your continued support.Photos from Hillsboro Police Department's post
