RESERVE OFFICER ACADEMY GRADUATION 🎓 | Meet Reserve Officer Awad
Big congratulations to Reserve Officer Awad, who just graduated from the Reserve Academy! Over the last six months, while balancing work and family, he put in nearly 300 hours of training to earn his badge and serve our community.
HPD Reserve Officers are fully sworn officers who volunteer their time - often while working full-time jobs. They meet the same standards as full-time officers, complete a modified law enforcement academy, and train alongside full-time partners in the field.
We're always looking for community-minded people to join our Reserve ranks. If you’re ready to step up and serve, learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/Volunteer-Hillsboro
And thank you to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for hosting this academy!
