Three earthquakes were recorded on the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast, Saturday, April 6. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 3.0-magnitude quake was located west to northwest of Ferndale, CA, on the outer fault line, a 2.7-magnitude was also recorded west of Ferndale, CA, and a 3.1-magnitude was west to northwest of Petrolia, CA, right on the southern junction. All near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
