Description

In April 2026, Portland launched a $20 million citywide electric bike rebate program via the Portland Clean Energy Fund, also known as PCEF. A new poll shows Portland residents think more clean energy funding should go toward reducing emissions in transportation.

Portland residents want transportation projects to receive more of the city’s cash-rich clean energy fund dollars than they do today, according to a new poll commissioned by two city councilors.
