City of North Bend release - The North Bend Police Department is launching Popsicles with Patrol, a new summertime opportunity for local children and families to meet our School Resource Officers and enjoy a free frozen popsicle.  Our officers will be visiting four neighborhood parks this summer. Stop by, say hello, check out a patrol vehicle, and spend some time getting to know the officers who serve our schools and community.  Saturday, July 25, 1:00–2:30 p.m. | Simpson Park, 1380 Sherman Ave, North Bend OR 97459.  Sunday, August 9, 1:00–2:30 p.m. | Oak Street Park (formerly known as College Park), 2851 Oak Street, North Bend OR 97459.  Saturday, August 22, 1:00–2:30 p.m. | Boynton Park, 800 Exchange St, North Bend OR 97459.  Saturday, August 29, 1:00–2:30 p.m. | Ferry Road Park, 496 Park Ave, North Bend OR 97459.  These free events are designed to create positive connections between North Bend’s young people, their families, our School Resource Officers, and the North Bend Police Department.  No speeches.
