Description
On Thursday at 1:53 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid from 4 p.m. until Friday 4 p.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.
The weather service describes, "Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 to 4 inches in lower elevations with mountains seeing anywhere from 6 to 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph near the Nevada border."
