Description
Dom Montiel, a walk-on quarterback who participated with Oregon State football for three years, is transferring to Southern Oregon.
Montiel, who entered the transfer portal in December, signed with the Raiders on Wednesday, the first day of the national signing period. Southern Oregon is an NAIA school that won a national title in 2014.
