Description

Multnomah County and the city of Portland announced the opening of three emergency cold weather shelters on Feb. 4, 2025. All three will be closed on Feb. 5.

After one night of operations and with slightly warmer weather predicted Wednesday night, Multnomah and Washington counties will close their cold weather shelters today. The cold weather shelter in Clackamas County will remain open.
