SALEM, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Today, January 26th, Oregon and the IRS have begun processing electronically filed tax year 2025 returns. The Department of Revenue is projecting that Oregon taxpayers will receive their first refunds—including their share of the state’s $1.41 billion kicker—by as soon as February 17.
