Description

Within 60 seconds of turning the seat warmer on, the touch of the seat reached a temperature of 147 degrees Fahrenheit, the suit alleges.

The parents of a 7-year-old Eugene boy, who suffered third-degree burns after riding on a heated car seat in their 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS, are suing the dealership and manufacturer, alleging defective design.
