Description
On Thursday, January 9, HPD officers responded to a theft at Target in Tanasbourne. Loss prevention reported three suspects concealed merchandise in their bags and left the store on foot. Responding officers located the three suspects at a nearby bus stop with the stolen merchandise.
Paul Steven Hernandez-Garfias (29) from Hillsboro arrested for a Felony warrant for Parole Violation.
Gabriel Rosas Garcia Jr (30) of Portland was arrested for Theft in the second degree, and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Madison Ashley Ovist (32) from Hillsboro was arrested for Theft in the third degree, and Possession of Methamphetamine.
All three were booked into the Washington County jail.
